What is provided in the property?

Book with Alex Charles and we provide all the amenities, fully stocked kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries, towels, soft bed linen, free fast Wi-Fi.

What time is check in/check out?

Check-in after 3pm, and check-out is at 10am. Occasionally, based on past and prospective reservations, we may be able to provide an early check-in or late check-out. Kindly notify us well in advance if you need these.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in will receive a complete refund from us. Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to check-in are fully refundable if the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance. 50% of the total amount refunded up to seven days before check-in. No refunds after that.

Pre check in completion

All guests must complete a pre-check-in online verification, which usually includes of basic information, signing our T&C’s and a copy of government-issued identity, for the safety of both our guests and staff.

Security Deposit

A pre-check-in security deposit of £300 is required for all reservations in order to cover incidentals and damage prevention. This is fully reimbursed within 24 hours of check-out as long as no damage is reported.

House Rules

All our guests are required to comply with our full terms and conditions. Each property has its own house rules however in all of our properties there is no smoking allowed, no large gatherings or parties, no pets, quiets hours are 23:00 – 07:00.  Guests must not disturb other residents in the building through excessive noise.
